Texas Wesleyan University Law School
Designs
In
the spring of 2005 I was approached by Texas Wesleyan University, in FT.
Worth, TX. about painting a Tromp l'oiel mural on all four sides of their
law School main building. I created the project with Tim Luzak and we
were (and are) quite excited about it. It is a large project that would
involve three to six months of work with two to four artists. The school
requested a conservative design within the keeping of their tradition.
Here is a photo of the original building. As you can see it is a rather
plain cast concrete building and they were in search of a way to create
a feeling of the significance of their institution. The response from the
law school was positive but we still await a final decision.
